The conventional interpretation (which is not questioned by us) is that this refers to the conquest of the Histra/Ankheras region by the exiled Dukes of Kranthor, who elevated themselves to kingships. Both Kranthor and the kingdoms of Histra/Ankheras were then conquered by Fontarbria.
